Selected Work: Restaurants, Bars, Cafés and Breweries

Cafés, cocktail bars, microbreweries and sports bars across India, from Guwahati and Shillong to Delhi NCR and Punjab.

Breakthrough Design Studio is Rish’s studio, established in 2018. The three Punjab venues of 2017 came before it. Each project starts with the business, not the floor plan: who the venue is for, how it trades through the day, and what the room, menu and service have to deliver.
